- Soy glazed carrots & tofu
- Steamed rice
- Steamed broccoli, red pepper & snow peas
This was awesome! Recipe originally from Everyday Food. The rice wine vinegar and toasted sesame oil add a tanginess to the marinade that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the carrots. We used tofu but I bet this would be great with chicken too!
